:)

Mine arrived yesterday and has had its first outing I wrote up a short review on ravelry (where it is easier to upload pics than here).

http://www.ravelry.com/discuss/two-wheeled-knitters/3163083/1-25#21

Will post it up here after the kids are in bed.

This arrived in the post today.

The material is quite a bit thicker than the reusable supermarket bags. While it won't hold very heavy loads it will be handy for light shopping. Weak point could be the hooks, but we'll see.

Velo Vitality sell it:

http://www.velovitality.co.uk/products/bikezac-shopping-bag-woven-pp

"struggling to hold it away from their leg to stop the gunk from the wheel-side pannier-surface getting onto their trousers"

don't have that problem...must not ride on enough muddy surfaces....

anyway, have ordered one. will see how it lasts.

Ta. Saves me trying to watch the video. Presumably thre's a bit where the person carrying the bags round the shop is struggling to hold it away from their leg to stop the gunk from the wheel-side pannier-surface getting onto their trousers?

Large Sainsbury elephant-bags work quite well as an extra thing on the other side from a single pannier, if your existing pannier features a way of securing the handle, perhaps through the top flap or under the Vaude QMR locking hooks. A big bag can also be put through its own handle to attach it, then a smaller bag (or shopping decanted from something else) can be put therein. I prefer to stop them swinging and flapping with a bungee, too.
