I write occasional bits for Lothian Life (which used to be a print mag, but moved to a purely online presence, and the Editor now lives out on the west coast!).

Anyway, latest piece is about riding out to the East Fortune Arishow, and included a thanks to an old chap who helped me out when my tyre exploded (beyond repair, no spare tube, he just donated me one - still no idea why the tyre did it, had been fine for at least a year and untouched!).

Seems the piece was read by someone from Musselburgh Road Club and is going to pass on my thanks - which is nice. :)
