There's also lots of land at Broomhouse next to the tram line. I hadn't realised just how close the train station is to the track...</p> <p>Had a couple of hail storms pass over, but overall the sun was out, and the breeze was stiff. The racing was good and fast once it got going, and some of the jumps these guys can make, tweaking the shape in the air to avoid slamming the rear wheel down, is astonishing. I'll still be heading along in snapper guise - must get in touch with the folk whose names I've been given.</p> <p>I've been to the Clydebank track once before - I thought it was just a few years back, turns out it was a lifetime ago, 11 years. Where does it go?</p> <p>Start system is difficult; berms I was wondering if it could be achieved with a team of MTB-like trail fairies, but they are much bigger berms. Hmmmm. The track is fab, and should give some great racing. It should start about 11 or midday (I'll post once confirmed), and I reckon it'd be a great way to spend a couple of Sunday hours (and would be a blast for kids).</p> <p>I'll be there yellow-vested to take photos and write about it for Scottish Cycling. </p>
