Only negative is everytime I come in with a BB issue they say ... I was happy! My crank was loose on my way to work, so I diverted there to see what they could do, as my puny mini-tool wasn't up to the job. Greeted by a friendly bloke who took a look, then came out and tightened everything up there and then. No humming or hawing, no "too busy", no "need to book it in". All for the nominal sum of £2, with the advice to pop back if it continued to cause grief. Highly recommended.
