Their pigeon lorry sponsored by Tunnocks given that Uddingston is where more than five million caramel wafers are made and sold each week.</p> <p>No hellos from the race men. </p> <p>That Meldons road is well used by the camper van fraternity. Thought one of them was being friendlier but was probably just trying to wave away the midges.</p> <p>There is also a bend in the river at Dunsyre that often has tents pitched.
