Someone was lying motionless on the road, and was being attended to by three or four members of the public. :-(</p> <p>Hopefully the NHS' finest were on their way, but traffic in the area was pretty heavy.</p> <p>The person's bike had been propped against a nearby wall, and had some front wheel damage. </p>
