Doesn't get into much detail as only 15 mins.</p> <p>Oh and it turns out that the Sky rider I talked about on the Audax/Sportive <a href="http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/topic.php?id=13502&amp;page=4#post-188068">thread</a> was a Performance Director for Sky and pacing the presenter of this programme round the Fred Whitton course as well carrying a rear facing camera. It you look carefully I appear in a couple of frames of the podcast. </p>
