&#60;p&#62;But -&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have a full 531 frame and forks F W Evans for sale - offered here before I put on ebay. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;19 1/2&#34; (49cm) - smallest size with lugs and horizontal top tube for 700c wheels (clearance for 32 tyres). &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Would make a nice conventional tourer or fine commuting bike - it has cantilever bosses. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Black with a slight metallic fleck (except where the paint has fallen off!)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;PM if interested.
