But they've identified a "gap" that isn't currently being served, as apparently there's a dire shortage of overpriced plasterboard boxes with french windows on the 5th floor for rent in Edinburgh.</p> <p>Or perhaps there's good money to be made in building another half-empty yuppie flat ghetto?
