You would have entered Appleton Tower across the road through a corridor. Volume I comprises Fenton's four books, and Volume II is entirely photographs and schematics.</p> <p>I remember being in Appleton Tower for something-or-other when I was at secondary school. The lecture room we were posted to looked like it was lifted straight out of The Bash Street Kids.
