But the wheel sizes for sale online are expressed as "28 inch" rather than "700c" (which is the size of the original wheel). Are these wheels the same size? ie. Will a 28" wheel fit the frame and rim brakes previously working with a 700c wheel? Apologies if this has been asked before, I did a search on CCE but turned nothing up... </p>
