Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly indeed. </p> <p>I succeeded in sorting those gears (on the boys bike) plus a few other bits and pieces that needed done on my own. For someone who, a few months ago, didn't know how to change/replace an inner tube, I'm not doing too badly and I'm encouraging the boy to learn as he goes. </p> <p>It's places like the bike station and <strike>forums like this</strike> this forum above all others that make the knowledge and skills accessible. The mechanics are very friendly.
