He's a thoroughly decent guy and very supportive in the grass-roots of cycling as a sport. My friend worked as a horse riding instructor and one time I went down to stay with her, a group of ex-prisoners were sent to the riding school. My friends boss was a bit worried and when she saw them, she decided to send me out with them too. (I am sure anyone who has met me will agree I am more than a match for 10 burly male criminals). Anyway, long story short they were absolutely brilliant fun.
