The last section of towpath to Fountainbridge is rubbish cobbles. Rutland St is one way (southbound only) and if you go via Canning Street through to Shandwick place, you are faced with a "No Right Turn" (which is ignored by most taxis and delivery drivers). I have been walking across the crossing to get to Stafford Street legally, then remounting and continuing.</p> <p>Am I missing something? Is there a way of getting from NCN 75 to NCN 1 without dismounting that I don't know about?</p> <p>Any help gratefully received. Thank you </p>
