<description>&#60;p&#62;Tricky.  It is just possible that the closure could be made under the current experimental TRO - which allows for minor changes to the scheme without the need for a new TRO.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What - closing a cycle lane is a minor change?!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The road is already closed to all classes of vehicle except bikes.  Would extending the closure to include bikes be &#34;minor&#34; - not if you are a cyclist, but quite possibly if you never cycle.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I can't be 100% on this, as I can't find the text of the experimental TRO or how the Council dealt with the partial closure of George Street in previous years.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Probably worth asking the Council what, if anything, they have done.
