Caltongate, Fountainbridge, Shurbhill and Haymarket yes, but not India Buildings, St Andrew Square, Donaldson School, Dewar Place, Kings Stable Road, Quarter Mile, Royal Mile, St James Center</p> <p>I'd describe the list of 12 as ones that will get through planning permission with no questions asked.
