It looks like they have to cross here frequently - they knew they had to start crossing as soon as the cars had stopped to have enough time to get so far up the road.</p> <p>There is loads of space diagonally opposite where they started to cross to add a dropped kerb and a ramp to get them up to the pavement level.</p> <p><a href="https://youtu.be/tPtM_6O_1M0" rel="nofollow">https://youtu.be/tPtM_6O_1M0</a></p> <p>I've sent this to the council to see what they say. </p>
