The canonical place to lock bikes, quite reasonably, is to the railings outside the front of the Archer's Hall. The problem is that this is damaging the railings - one possible solution is to ask for sheffield stands on the wider bit of pavement just outside the Archer's Hall.</p> <p>I'd be really grateful for any advice for what the best mechanism for getting the ear of the council is.</p> <p>thanks as always </p>
