Love will tear us apart and das model were highlights. Went down to see them but also listened in my garden. Brass bands can be very cheerful. Anyone who missed this great event should watch the film brassed off. Everyone will be listening to the same pieces of music at the same time in at least 12 different locations around the city.</p> <p>The first brass bands, many of which still exist today, were formed in Scotland in the early 1800s and are among the earliest forms of music ensemble in the country. Hundreds of bands grew up in both urban and rural areas as working people seized the opportunity to share their creativity and talent.
