Thety were giving away balloons on sticks that were very popular with the kiddies. Lesley Hinds hadn't cycled that day, but bought a Spokes map. Sarah Boyack was there too. It probably was the council, thinking about it. I chatted with the guy and said I was fully supportive and had responded to the consultation, but was frustrated by the length of time to implement. Or do you mean the council PR initiative?</p> <p>I am the local contact for 20s plenty and didn't get asked (unless I missed an email). Various stalls including Spokes, 20mph campaign.
