Apparently, because 1/3 of units are in non-retail use. Maybe the planners should consider that there are lots of empty units in Corstorphine, a lot of charity shops make up those occupied, and that maybe there isn't that much demand for retail units?</p> <p>Maybe there is more to this, but surely it's better to have occupied units rather than "To Let" signs everywhere? </p>
