<description>&#60;p&#62;Hmmm, I ride out round Duddingston Loch most days and I can't say in two years of doing so there's ever been a spike (old Edge 200). Might be yours is more sensitive, or as stiltskin says, for some reason it might be having trouble locating the satellites at that point...

<description>&#60;p&#62;If the unit can't pick up the satellites sometimes it all goes a bit haywire. It will depend on the geometry of the sats positions, so it won't often be exactly in the same place every time.
