Not necessarily because of the (proven) risk of him passing out at the wheel (though lightning can obviously strike twice); but as much because the publicity about the case and the high profile nature of his condition, there was always going to be a massive chance he'd get caught / seen.</p> <p>Well, it's either stupidity or a blatant disregard.
