<description>&#60;p&#62;Do we assume that the Cyclefest 19/20 September are going to be left scattered around the cycle-routes of the whole city are going to be left to biodegrade?&#60;br /&#62;
I didn't go tp the event but I gather tickets were a not-so-cheap £10 for admission and I guess the people charged with putting up the posters should have been sent to take them down afterwards. Whatever the reason it's not a very green example to set.
