Would be a great improvement to night-time use which is rather spooky (in the manliest sense of the word) at the best of times, let alone winter.</p> <p>If not for lights then what else might they be for?</p> <p>I'm usually fairly observant and don't think I've seen them before, and it looked like the paint had been sprayed over some recently-fallen leaves in some parts, so can't be that old.</p> <p>Any news or links to appropriate topics where this has already been addressed? </p>
