Looked like it would be pedestrianised from Hanover St to Waverley Bridge. M&amp;S would spill under the street into the gardens below Scott Monument<br /> None of the drawings have vehicles in them. Certainly no bicycles. Letraset type people or maybe Meccanorma digital. One appears to be break dancing.
