...Phil Noble delivered the joint paper on &#34;Edinburgh's Active Travel Action Plan - Making Edinburgh a Cycling City&#34; at last week's European Transport Conference in Glasgow. Alistair Malcolm also presented a paper on the theme of Traffic Management Engineering - this is an excellent way of sharing ideas and best practice, and raised Edinburgh's profile on a European level.
