&#60;p&#62;'&#60;em&#62;... the awards shall be made for the most recent achievements in the fields of culture referred to in the will and for older works only if their significance has not become apparent until recently.&#60;/em&#62;'&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I suspect that the 'I had a lovely ride today' thread alone will constitute a precedent that the excellent qualities of bicycles and bicyclism have now been well known for more than a year. Indeed it looks like our careless talk may have, sadly for both him and Dumfries, cost Kirkpatrick Macmillan his just reward.
