Helmetless teens on mopeds rarely do. This was followed moments later by a flurry of messages on a local facebook group describing a car crashed into a wall in Waverley Park and abandoned, with a load of polices with dogs and torches checking under all the cars in the street. Didn't see any media reports on it.
