A few of us on here do it daily. You'll need to use the west footpath though as the east side is closed at the moment. The signage is not too bad so you should be able to follow it from inverkeithing though. Going over the bridge from the south last night (Thursday 28), the first issue is that on the east side there are huge signs saying the path is shut but nothing to say you can use the west path. I guess you just have to know. Then, at the north end, it seems you shouldn't continue down the bike path as you end up in a building site.
