You’ve won. Congratulations.”</em></p> <p>People are dismissive of the Urban Arrow as it's 'only' 250 watts. If you pedal a bit you can keep up with people on lightweight bikes - but at least it's not pretending to be a typical bike. Is very annoying for them though!</p> <p>This scene merely confirms my suspicions that even in any event some people will do anything to cheat.
