I was recounting at the Women's Cycle Forum how I once chased down a fairly serious looking cyclist on a big bike when I was on my Brompton (I was trying to catch up with him to ask him a question). He looked a bit horrified as I pulled up alongside him. It did nearly kill me though.</p> <p>I also nearly overtook a cyclist on the Mound when I was walking up it pushing my Brompton, but decided that was probably a demoralisation too far.
