Just look at the Tram stop on Princess Street, are Living Streets seriously saying that a cycle lane posses more of a risk to tram users then two lanes of speeding black cabs?</p> <p>It has been interesting to hear various comments from the protesters, about how the council should now bring in a congestion charge.
