I was round that way today. Further on towards Porty the spiral that carries the cycle path up from the underpass below the Harry Lauder bypass onto the Milton Road pavement has been tidied up. There has been work under way over the last few months and the old broken, solar-powered lights have been replaced with new LED wired ones.
