Wish I'd had time to get a picture/say something to them. Don't expect them to do anything - "Not a priority"</p> <p>If the vehicle is on double yellows, or on a single within the prohibited time - could try phoning the council and asking for the parking enforcement team. They have a special enforcement request number you can call. Again, don't expect anything.</p> <p>If the vehicle is on the pavement but there's no parking restrictions - nothing can be done.</p> <p>Best option is to take photos and to tweet them to SWD.
