Turnhouse road might be the only one which would be considered to be in the City and not just Council Area. This maybe happened a while ago, and I just didn't notice.</p> <p>I think this means that there are now no roads actually <em>in</em> Edinburgh with a speed limit above 40mph. Sorting out that camber will be a massive job - I would estimate a lot more than they have budgeted for.
