Scottish Power on the other hand made off with them and left a poorly-filled, 1-inch-lower-than-the-surrounding-slabs mess of tarmac after doing work on the corner of Casselbank Street. Lo and behold, they're digging deep trenches into Leith Walk from the side streets, right across the cycle lanes.</p> <p>I'll lay money on them doing a dire reinstatement job job afterwards, leading to sunken, cratered sections in possibly the <em>only </em>sections of the 'cycle lane' that no-one ever parks in. </p>
