I think the links between circles are still there but they also appear to have blasted a motorways straight through too.</p> <p>If you persevere you get to the same roseburn shopkeeper no longer being able to park illegally outside her shop. They have a three lane highway with a fourth lane a cycle path. This has caused congestion. Err, the traffic causes the congestion.
