What you can see is him taking a corner wide and essentially pushing the police car wide too.</p> <p>You can understand the officers view to some extent. On his own, and grumpy. At one point he says he will be retiring soon. He is also trying to paternally give safety advice to the cyclist by saying he will end up under a lorry if he continues to cycle as he did. The cyclist disagrees.</p> <p>He toots his horn at the cyclist then later uses his siren to pull him over. Earlier in the video you see a car pulling out and accelerating to avoid cutting up the bikes. Poor driving but just very trivial. Same level as the infringement of the cyclist, if indeed he infringed.
