Don't see it as victim blaming but instead clarifying the sections that apply to cyclists; there have been those on here insisting that we are not vehicular for example. If Chris Boardman is involved then I'd hope it wouldn't fall into the victim blaming category. If the content is actually aimed at drivers understanding what cyclists are taught in bikeability - perhaps with regards to primary position and avoiding door zones, and not having to ride in cycle lanes etc, then this would be a good thing. Not got much of an issue with it (Edmund King is certainly a cyclist, and anything that gets Boardman's support must have some merit).
