Was live describing the culprits whilst on my bike on the phone. The fire was under the bridge at Corbie Hill at the back of Silverknowes Neuk. Police and Fire Brigade attended in about 15 mins.</p> <p>The police could do us all a favour and walk/cycle down there now and again.
