I once had a delightful young thing suggest to me that he might 'chib' me for the sake of 20 pence. Now you say the protection money is £5 for a bicycle.</p> <p>Two points:<br /> 1) My bicycle is worth 250 times more than my life?<br /> 2) Seriously 20 pence? You'll need to make a lot of threats to make a good living. And sadly this business model will not scale well. Likewise for the £5/per bicycle. I'm not sure if like them because you have to lock onto a loop beside the left chainstay which leaves a lot of room for a car jack. I might use it next month when I have to spend a day at the SQA but I haven't decided.</p> <p>Cambridge St and Buchanan Galleries car parks have bike racks indoors and within view of the office.
