This was after pointedly slowing right down and waiting for the stupid thing to work out where it was going to go, though it ran round back in front of me after I passed it. Seemed okay. Thought his bike was damaged but apparently saddle had been stolen off it before. Owner of dog was properly apologetic and tried to give him her details - think he should have taken them....just in case injuries turned out to be worse than apparent. Amazing that sort of thing doesn't happen more often really. </p>
