The owner goes with him and films him. They bomb around London and have a smashing time. Crichton will be buying an electric bike no doubt about it, he is smitten. They go over tower bridge, no cycle lane the fully charged owner pints out. The owner also suggests electric biking in London takes away all the aggro mental cycling.
