<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm certainly not the only one thinking this is a somewhat convenient end (for certain purposes) to this establishment. Work has been stopped on it for about 2-3 years now, and judging by all the brand new windows and patio doors which were smashed in, a contractor was double-crossed on payment and decided to &#34;finish&#34; the job with heavy metal implements.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I understand the building's last known owner has a long &#34;history&#34; too when it comes to doing works without appropriate permission.
