There was a genial ruffian lounging on the grass in the sunshine with his dog, his mountain bike and his bottle of juice. He was <em>inside</em> the perimeter fence of the waste recycling centre.</p> <p>Some things are only shut if you think they're shut.</p> <p>I'll bet the castle's shut because Craigmillar Castle Road is being resurfaced.
