Hmmm, that is maybe possible but it has a few issues around how to avoid the A71 and East Kilbride. But is kind of doable around say larkhall, law and glass ford, Stravinsky, eagles ham, A77?

Wee Davie from the law wheelers could fashion out a route (he makes his own mudguards and lives with his mum). Big ring Jim alas no longer keeps it in the big ring (also from the law wheelers)

Will be an adventure depends how long you have and how much time you feel able to grind out on the A71?

I've got a social event on Sunday in Clarkston and I'm thinking of cycling over, weather permitting. Will be on a road bike and I don't mind a few extra miles to avoid busy roads. I was thinking of just heading down the A70 all the way to Carnwrath then working my way across on the B roads vaguely via Carluke, Strathaven, Eaglesham and in from the south but I don't know that area at all so would welcome any advice, thanks.
