Saw two kids on the NEPN with one near Boswall Place who suddenly looked panicked when they saw my helmetcam. </p> <p>Of course, I may have got it entirely wrong &amp; it may belong to the kid who was riding it, but I think it's better to err on the side of caution &amp; ask here first. </p>
