If not it is <a href="http://player.stv.tv/episode/3clf/live-five/">on catch up here</a> (3 mins, 07:40 - 10:30 anyone know how to rip this?).</p> <p>On Saturday there will be a cycle come and try in the Grassmarket, with Laid Back Bikes, Electron Wheels and the EdFoC Urban Arrow. Hopefully the weather will be better than yesterday. </p>
