It was there at lunchtime; there was filming going on at the tables outside the cafe. I've never seen a "Cyclists Remount" sign?! If there are temporary roadworks with a temporary speed restriction there's always (well nearly always!) a sign to show normal speed limit is applicable again.</p> <p>If you cycle up to the sign, get off your bike and then get back on your bike have you not fulfilled what the sign has asked you to do?</p> <p>I always understood that the sign was not enforceable. If they don't want cycling then a prescribed sign to indicate that would be required? I turned onto NMW and took the Gifford Park route to get to North Bridge. </p>
